We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor - Technical Services Leader to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading fashion brand and contribute to the success of our distribution center.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Lead non-exempt, technically skilled employees in achieving established daily performance requirements and objectives.
  • Administer established policy and procedures ensuring compliance with company and departmental procedural guidelines.
  • Mentor existing and new hire technicians in the performance of their duties and provide evaluations of their progress as required.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance for established PM activities ensuring timely completion of work orders.
  • Evaluate newly hired technicians documenting progress ensuring their required training is completed and that they are progressing at an acceptable rate during the probationary period.
  • Through the application of Lean processes, identify process improvements aimed at improving maintenance reliability and increased product throughput.
  • Workload planning and scheduling to support a safe working environment and reliable building operations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Prefer bachelor's in industrial or engineering with 10 years of maintenance experience and 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Possess a strong management, administrative, and organizational skillset having a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to quickly analyze problems and bring them to a quick resolution.
  • Experienced with the development of maintenance policy and standards.
  • Effective communicator having strong written and oral communications skills.
