Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Gurnee, IL. As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, providing comprehensive patient care and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough new-patient evaluations and exams to diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Evaluate physical activity limitations and create effective treatment plans to restore functionality and mobility.
  • Provide education and training to patients on techniques for continued care and self-management.
  • Document patient progress in a timely and accurate manner, tracking progress and measuring effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Accredited Physical Therapy program graduate.
  • Physical Therapy license in IL.
  • Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation treatment plans.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
  • 2+ years of outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab experience preferred.
Benefits
