Beauty Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, engaging them to determine their individual needs, and conducting cashier tasks.

• Provide exceptional service to guests, including greeting and engaging each guest entering the store, personalizing service to their needs, and answering questions about products and services.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and adhere to Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology, including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• A competitive hourly rate of $18.00.
