Job Summary

We are seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our team at Cresco Labs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens, ensuring plant health, and maintaining quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain plant production and health, including pruning, topping, trimming, and harvesting.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the production area.
  • Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste.
  • Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest, ensuring proper and accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption.
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
