About the Role

As a highly skilled and enthusiastic MMA Coach at UFC GYM Pittsburgh, you will be responsible for delivering engaging one-on-one coaching sessions to our members. With opportunities to instruct early morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend classes available, this role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness and martial arts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Fitness Classes
    • Deliver high-energy group classes using real techniques, focusing on fitness and technique.
  • Create Outstanding Member Experience
    • Demonstrate the value of private coaching by creating an exceptional experience for new and existing members.
  • Drive Sales Growth
    • Assist sales associates in converting first-time clients to members.
  • Foster Member Education
    • Guide and educate members and clients on comprehensive fitness programs.
  • Exemplify Team Spirit
    • Work hard, have a passion for fitness, and bring enthusiasm every day.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Kickboxing/boxing/MMA experience or Group Fitness certification.
  • An enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly demeanor.
  • A passion and knowledge of fitness.
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • A related degree preferred (i.e., Exercise Science, Kinesiology).
