Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Lehigh Valley Health Network. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing nutritional care to patients and clients, while also contributing to the development and implementation of nutrition programs and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nutritional care and education to patients and clients, including inpatient and outpatient services.
- Develop and implement nutrition programs and services, including menu planning and nutrition counseling.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Conduct quality improvement initiatives to ensure that nutrition services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in nutrition and dietetics, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field, with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) credentials, with the ability to become registered within 120 days of hire.
- State licensure or certification as required by state(s) of practice.
- 3+ years of experience as a Clinical Dietitian, with a strong background in nutrition and dietetics.
