About the Role: Medix™ is looking for a committed Clinical Nursing Manager to enhance our healthcare team. This role combines clinical leadership with staff development, focusing on mentoring and supporting our nursing personnel while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in on-call duties as necessary based on office requirements.
  • Deliver clinical assistance, conduct occasional patient assessments, and provide staff training.
  • Support patient care initiatives as needed, including Direct Primary Care (DPC) if applicable.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to uphold high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Organize and execute educational sessions and competency evaluations for staff.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between the clinical team and administrative personnel.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Proficiency with Oasis documentation.
  • Current CPR certification from AHA (or willingness to obtain within the first year).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in home healthcare environments.
