Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly skilled Medical Anesthesia Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients across various settings, including surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
About the Role:
The Nurse Anesthetist Consultant will work closely with interprofessional teams to deliver evidence-based anesthesia and pain management services. Key responsibilities include performing pre-anesthetic assessments, reviewing laboratory studies, obtaining informed consent, and administering medications and equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor
- Current state licensure and certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
- Ability to operate and use a wide variety of equipment to perform anesthesia care and perioperative care
