Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDL driver to join our team at Waste Pro. As a Residential Driver, you will be responsible for operating a refuse collection vehicle on pre-assigned routes to collect garbage, yard waste, and recycling. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all refuse is collected and transferred properly, and that customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a refuse collection vehicle on pre-assigned routes to collect garbage, yard waste, and recycling
  • Ensure that all refuse is collected and transferred properly
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and businesses
  • Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works
  • Clean driving record
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull independently 800-1000 times a day
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
Work Environment

As a Residential Driver, you will work in a variety of environments, including residential areas, commercial zones, and industrial sites. You will be exposed to extreme temperatures, weather conditions, and physical demands. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all refuse is collected and transferred properly.
