Job Summary:

TalentBurst, an Inc 5000 company, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Instructor to join our team. As a Senior Instructor, you will be responsible for developing instructional materials and conducting training for the INPO Accredited Initial License.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain training programs in accordance with nuclear industry, regulatory, institutions, and legal requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions for operators and maintain records of training completion.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with ANSI/ANS and other relevant standards.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of related experience in nuclear operations or a related field.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and delivery.
  • Knowledge of INPO Accredited Instructional theory, design, and SAT process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Reactor Operator (RO) or Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license.
  • Senior Instructor Training Certification from Dominion.
  • 5+ years of experience in nuclear operations.
