We are seeking a skilled and experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse to join our team as a Vital Healthcare Professional. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing nursing interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical records, communicating effectively with healthcare teams, and contributing to a culture of safety and quality improvement.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, participating in bedside shift reports, and promoting continuity of care across shifts.
- RN licensure and current registration with the relevant state board of nursing.
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience or willingness to pursue additional training and education.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- A competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
