Position Title: Open Enrollment Call Center Representative
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours between 8 AM and 6 PM
Compensation: $20 per hour for English speakers; $22 per hour for bilingual Spanish speakers
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails from clients requiring assistance with benefits-related inquiries.
- Collect and document detailed information regarding claims and service issues in the client portal.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client requests.
- Engage with insurance carriers to assist clients with their claims.
- Participate in virtual meetings throughout the workday, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a call center environment, preferably in a benefits service center.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is advantageous.
