Job Summary

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in Labor and Delivery. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care based on assessed needs and the medical regimen.
  • Supervise patient care provided by licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and other nursing personnel.
  • Develop comprehensive and current plans of care, including physical needs, patient teaching, and discharge planning.
  • Coordinate the overall plan of care to ensure implementation of nursing interventions and consistency with medical regimen.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the development of nursing/hospital standards.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the United States.
  • 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery, with some preferred.
  • Ability to fully utilize BHMC's electronic record systems, equipment, and other healthcare and billing systems relevant to this position.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
