Your ResponsibilitiesLead and promote a customer-centric sales culture by ensuring effective routines, visual merchandising standards, and engagement practices.

Guarantee a consistent orientation and onboarding experience according to company expectations.
Address and resolve employee issues and/or concerns with the appropriate collaboration.
Conduct regular team assessments and succession planning activities to build a strong talent pipeline.
Ensure the store schedule effectively maximizes the business environment and adjust as necessary.
Establish and maintain robust operational execution, inventory management, data integrity, and compliance routines.
Maintain a safe work environment through ongoing safety training, awareness, and accountability.
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Field Leader.
What You Bring
Leadership Attributes:
Exceptional customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, meticulous attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills that align with strategic initiatives, effective delegation and validation, and the ability to efficiently execute daily priorities.
A minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a dynamic specialty retail environment is preferred.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
Minimum Age 21 years.
Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
