Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Director to lead our Cardiac Catheter Laboratory team at HERO Health Staffing Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and influencing department activities and the delivery of patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Manage and supervise a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and staff performance.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in cardiovascular nursing to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and/or accredited school of radiology and/or accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Cardiovascular Services, with 2 years of management experience in a related field.
  • Possess a current Texas State License or AART, ACVT, or RCIS certification.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary range of $100-125k per year, depending on experience.
