Job Summary

The Golf Course Groundskeeper is a key member of our team at The Graham Companies, responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our golf course facilities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming.
  • Operate light equipment, such as string trimmers and edgers, to maintain course conditions.
  • Assist in the preparation and setup of golf course facilities for daily play.
  • Perform other duties as required to maintain the golf course and surrounding areas.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate light equipment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
