Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide basic nursing care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of a nursing arts course in an accredited nurse training program.
  • Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain within two weeks of employment.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Physical ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and perform tasks that require lifting, pushing, and pulling.
