**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Walmart. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring a positive experience for our members and associates.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. They will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment.

**Responsibilities:)

  • Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking and replacing batteries in emergency lighting systems and inspecting fire extinguishers.
  • Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored in a designated area and are easily accessible.
  • Report any safety concerns or issues to management immediately.

**Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
