Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN Opportunity

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing CT studies and diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and/or Nuclear Cardiology procedures according to all protocols, policies, and procedures, adhering to A.L.A.R.A. programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT studies and diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and/or Nuclear Cardiology procedures
  • Adhere to all protocols, policies, and procedures, including A.L.A.R.A. programs
  • Perform quality control procedures in accordance with manufacturer, state, and federal guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records and provide excellent patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine program
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Radiological Technologist or Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in (CT) or as Registered nuclear technologist with either the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (Nuclear) ARRT (N) or the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB-CNMT)
  • BLS Certified
