Job Summary

The Facilities Manager is a key member of the Topgolf team, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our venues and grounds. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team, prioritize tasks, and ensure that all facilities-related operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Facilities Associates and Porters, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment, systems, and facilities, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as building maintenance and repair.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage department budgets and spending, ensuring that all expenses are properly tracked and controlled.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment, ensuring that the team has what they need to perform their duties.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all facilities-related operations are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, meeting or exceeding all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in a large or multi-unit venue.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing team, with a strong focus on coaching, development, and engagement.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as building maintenance and repair.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb, stand and walk for long periods, and work in extreme weather conditions.
