Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support to women before, during, and after delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Delivery nursing and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, including monitoring vital signs and providing emotional support.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in Labor and Delivery nursing.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor and Delivery setting.
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and AWHONN certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
