Customer Care Specialist Job Description:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring that customers receive their U-Box containers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires operating a flatbed truck, loading and unloading storage containers, and participating in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided)
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery
• Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided)

Requirements:
• Clean motor vehicle driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Department of Transportation certification
• Commercial driver's license (CDL)
