Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of stocking and sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, including receiving and stocking areas.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure all associates are equipped to perform their job duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in inventory management or store operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates in person, via email, and over the phone.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
