We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Parkland Properties. As a Room Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting.
Key Responsibilities- Room Preparation: Make beds with clean linen, clean kitchens and sitting areas, and replenish supplies.
- Deep Cleaning: Move furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep and scrub floors, dust furniture and fixtures, wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork, and wash windows, door panels, and sills.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Clean bathrooms and replenish supplies.
- Waste Management: Empties wastebaskets and removes trash.
- Lighting and Maintenance: Replace light bulbs and report needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Guest Interaction: Greet and acknowledge guests.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
