About the Role:
We invite you to become a part of our collaborative Pulmonology team in New Jersey, conveniently located within an hour's reach of New York City. This role offers a nurturing environment supported by a dedicated nursing staff, advanced practice providers, and on-site advanced pulmonary function testing laboratories. The suburban community is celebrated for its safety and welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal place for families, complete with access to top-tier educational institutions.
*Currently open to candidates interested in Bread & Butter or Critical Care Pulmonology
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- On-call Responsibilities:
- Daytime call every 4 weeks, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, across two facilities
- No overnight on-call duties required
Practice Environment:
- Private practice with a robust patient base, bolstered by an internal marketing team
- Current team comprises 4 Pulmonologists
- Utilization of EMR Systems such as EPIC for hospital management and E-Clinical Works for clinical operations
- Available Ancillary Services:
- Comprehensive services at the hospital, including advanced bronchoscopy capabilities
- Support Team:
- Includes nursing staff, advanced practice providers, and care coordination personnel
- On-site advanced pulmonary function testing laboratories with trained staff
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed annual base salary, commensurate with experience, with production incentives potentially exceeding $415,000 in the first year
- Annual increases in guaranteed base salary for the initial two years
- $10,000 available for relocation assistance
- Sign-on bonus of $10,000 or a monthly income stipend of $1,000 for up to 12 months
