Responsibilities:
- Develop leadership skills and interact with guests.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve common goals.
- Create processes to improve efficiency and implement safety and guest experience improvements.
- Work on a real-world business case as a team project with other Interns and present findings and recommendations directly to Senior Leadership.
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Excellent human relations and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in all three parks (theme park, water park, and safari tolls).
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- Prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information.
- Promote and support a team work environment.
- Adapt to changes easily.
- Tolerate a fast-paced environment.
- Be sensitive to the needs of guests and empowered to act to meet their needs within company guidelines.
