Job Summary:

This is a full-time position based in our Dublin - Bridge Park office, supporting our Columbus district offices. You will be responsible for managing patient panels, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office or testing centers, and collaborating with clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse patient panel, providing expert care and guidance
  • Treat patients in-office, testing centers, or remotely via telehealth
  • Engage in continuous learning through Clinical Rounds and other professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Leverage your clinical expertise to perform in-office procedures and expand your skills
Requirements:
  • FNP or PA program completion with national certification
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in primary care or a related setting
  • Ohio state licensure required; NY and CA licensure also expected within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including Saturdays and occasional evenings

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
