EHS Director

Congruex LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced EHS Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and the communities we serve.

• Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs and ensure employee understanding and compliance.
• Manage and investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, clients, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective communication.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our organization remains compliant and competitive.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective health, safety, and environmental programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
