Soak Sales Expert

BathWorks of Michigan is a leading bathroom replacement company in West Michigan. We aim to create smiles one home at a time and are looking for sales experts to help us achieve this goal.

Our sales team meets hundreds of clients each month, communicating the value of our solution products and services to help their dreams become reality. With various finance options available, clients can easily pursue home improvement projects with BathWorks.

The responsibilities include:

• Representing BathWorks professionally and demonstrating expertise in our products and services.
• Meeting homeowners, offering high-performing products and services, and helping meet their home improvement needs.
• Committing to learning our products and services and mastering our 10-step selling process through provided training.

We provide superior marketing support, including scheduling, lead confirmation, and pre-qualified leads. No cold calling or lead generation is required. Our sales team focuses on selling rather than chasing leads.

We offer paid training using an industry-proven method that generates consistent strong results. Additionally, our remote working environment allows for work-life balance when not running appointments.

As a W2 position, medical benefits will be offered after 90 days. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Highly effective interpersonal communication skills
• Preferably 2+ years of selling experience

This full-time opportunity requires serving Northern Michigan, within a 100-mile radius from Gaylord, MI. The estimated salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $350,000 per year.
