We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. You will provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

You will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. This includes conducting routine maintenance inspections, diagnosing potential problems, and making repairs.

You will also assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. Additionally, you will assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.

In this role, you will support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. You will inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

To be successful in this role, you must have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. You will lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
