Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational services team, you will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, developing individualized education plans, and providing counseling and support services to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments to identify student strengths and areas of need.
  • Develop Individualized Education Plans: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide Counseling and Support Services: Provide counseling and support services to students, including crisis intervention and behavioral support.
  • Implement Positive Behavior Intervention Plans: Assist in the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive student behavior.
  • Participate in Multidisciplinary Team Meetings: Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and plan interventions.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology: A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • Valid School Psychologist License: A valid School Psychologist license in the state of Ohio is required.
  • Experience in a School Setting: Experience in a school setting is preferred.
