Job Description

The Maternal Care Nurse Specialist will be responsible for providing expert care to pregnant women, including prenatal, labor, and postpartum care. The nurse will work closely with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to pregnant women, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and medication administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in nursing (BSN or MSN) from an accredited program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • At least 2 years of experience in maternal care nursing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
