We are seeking a skilled Overnight Bakery Specialist to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bakery items and ensuring they are available for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, and desserts, to meet customer demand.
  • Work collaboratively with the overnight team to support the bakery department's daytime operations.
  • Ensure that all bakery items are fresh, visually appealing, and meet our high standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by approaching, educating, and offering meal solutions to customers.
  • Work accurately and efficiently to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, restaurant, grocery, or retail setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, mathematical, and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications:
