Job Description:

The Network Engineering Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our complex network infrastructure. This includes planning and coordinating network upgrades, configuring network devices, and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal network performance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
  • Extensive technical knowledge of Local Area Networks (LANs) and Access Networks required
  • Advanced level experience with multiple routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP, iBGP, OSPF)
  • Experience with network management tools and technologies (e.g., SD-WAN, firewalls, IPS)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills required
  • Cisco and Aruba certifications preferred

Salary:

$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience
