Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the department in delivering top-tier clinical services across various outpatient facilities.
  • Oversee the ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology Residency program.
  • Support educational initiatives and foster professional growth among faculty members.
  • Enhance the department's clinical and translational research initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • M.D., M.D./Ph.D., or D.O. degree is required.
  • Possession of an active New York State Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Fellowship training in a subspecialty of Otolaryngology is preferred.
  • Board Certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology.
  • Eligibility for a senior faculty appointment at NYMC.
  • Proven track record as an exceptional clinician with significant clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing academic programs in clinical Otolaryngology.
  • Experience in educational leadership is highly valued.
  • Evidence of substantial scholarly contributions.
