We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Finance Manager to join our team at Aditi Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of IT Financial Management operations, ensuring that the IT Budget is adequately managed and reported.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the financial planning activities with the IT Leadership Team, providing data-driven analysis to support wise investment decisions.
- Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the Finance Team, ensuring compliance with Corporate Finance policies.
- Prepare monthly capital and expense projections for finance, providing variance analysis comparing actual spend vs. budget and forecast.
- Perform and coordinate project-based financial analysis and modeling to support capital and operational spend.
- Support the IT Leaders in the creation of project authorization to gain funding for IT Investments.
- Develop a process to track and manage benefits after a project is completed.
- Develop and implement chargeback processes.
- Lead the month-end process, ensuring all accruals and reclasses are in place in the proper period.
- Analyze, optimize, and implement cost optimization actions over different cloud services.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
- Strong, effective interpersonal, oral/written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- A strong understanding of cloud technology, financial management principles, and data analysis.
- Skilled in using tools and software to manage and analyze cloud spending data.
The pay rate range for this position is competitive and may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and end client requirements.
