IT Director

Job Summary:

Elite Staffing Company is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technical operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT teams of multiple sites, ensuring the quality and continuity of local services, and leading technical projects in conjunction with corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the IT teams of multiple sites
Ensure the quality and continuity of local services
Lead technical projects in conjunction with corporate teams
Apply group standards and directives
Ensure the security of systems and personal data

Requirements:

Service-oriented mindset
Prior work experience in the manufacturing industry
Ability to drive change
Ability to step back on topics while keeping an operational view
Higher education or degree in computer science preferred
At least 5 years' experience as an IT Manager
Experience with ERP implementation projects

What We Offer:

Competitive salary of $90,000.00
Standard working hours of 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Based in Downers Grove, IL
