Financial Advisory Services Manager

At Kroll, we're seeking a highly skilled Financial Advisory Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Transaction Advisory Services practice, you'll play a critical role in providing seamless analytical advisory to our clients throughout the deal continuum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity, lender, and corporate clients
  • Examine historical trends and discuss significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods
  • Assist in identifying issues (quality of earnings, working capital considerations, debt and debt-like items) for purchase price reductions, deal restructuring, or deal termination
  • Identify post-acquisition steps to achieve anticipated earnings/cash flow improvements
  • Assist clients in identifying pre- and post-acquisition transaction issues
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term business relationships
  • Manage and contribute to complex areas of the report-writing process
  • Mentor analysts and senior associates

Requirements:
  • Financial Due Diligence (FDD) experience essential
  • Significant related accounting or finance work experience
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline, or an MBA/CPA
  • Public accounting experience
  • Demonstrated superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and client relationships skills
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on PowerPoint and Excel
  • Flexibility to travel, as needed
