We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grocery Loader to join our team at C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for loading and unloading merchandise from trailers and staging areas, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of goods.

• Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from trailers and staging areas, adhering to company standards and procedures.
• Inventory Management: Accurately count and verify inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to management.
• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Quality Control: Inspect merchandise for damage and report any issues to management.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment preferred.
• Skills: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: Forklift and pallet jack operator certification required.

Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures. You will be working in a freezer (-20F to 0F), perishable warehouse (28F to 60F), and grocery warehouse (50F to 90F).
