Salamander Designs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time HR and AR Assistant to support our Human Resources and Accounts Receivable departments. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations in both areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources:
    • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
    • Maintain employee records, both physical and digital, and ensure confidentiality.
    • Help with benefits administration and resolve employee inquiries related to benefits.
    • Support the HR Manager with training and development initiatives.
  • Accounts Receivable:
    • Process incoming payments and accurately record transactions in the accounting system.
    • Assist in reconciling accounts and following up on outstanding invoices.
    • Communicate with clients and customers regarding billing inquiries and payment reminders.
    • Generate financial reports and assist in preparing data for audits.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a related field.
