Department Overview

The Twin Lakes Rehabilitation clinic, located in Roseville, is a state-of-the-art facility that evaluates and treats children with a range of diagnoses, including cerebral palsy and motor skill disorders. Our team of experienced occupational therapists provides training to children and their families in the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate occupational therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and providing occupational therapy services to children, including written documentation and verbal communication with physicians and families. The ideal candidate will also provide patient and family education, staff training, and maintain a safe and clean environment.

This is an outpatient casual role with shifts offered in multiple locations, including Roseville, Woodbury, St. Paul, Lakeville, Minnetonka, Maple Grove, and Rogers. The position requires a minimum commitment of 96 hours of patient care every 12 months, after onboarding is completed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited occupational therapy school
  • Minnesota state licensure and NBCOT registration
  • BLS certification
  • Pediatric experience preferred

Physical Demands

The posted pay range represents rates for a grouping of multiple jobs within a salary grade. We carefully consider a wide range of factors, including market indicators, the skills and education of the candidate, and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Children's Minnesota.

All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of an occupational health assessment, drug screen, background investigation, and compliance with the Government Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. Children's Minnesota requires proof of COVID-19 vaccine and immunity to vaccine-preventable infectious diseases prior to employment.
