Key Responsibilities- Plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines, adhering to the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered approaches.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Additional education, competencies, and/or certification required as a condition of employment, as specified by the clinical unit.
- BSN degree preferred.
- National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred.
