Concierge

Cordata Court Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Concierge to provide exceptional support to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring the highest level of care and service.

• Provide Personalized Support: Offer assistance with daily tasks, errands, and activities to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
• Communicate Effectively: Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and staff through active listening, empathy, and clear communication.
• Manage Schedules and Tasks: Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations and resident needs.
• Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of common areas, resident rooms, and facilities.
• Participate in Team Efforts: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities and needs.
• Previous Experience: Minimum one year of relevant experience in customer service, senior support, or a related field.
