To qualify for the Grocery Fulfillment Associate position at Sprouts, candidates must:
- Be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Exhibit a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude, with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the capacity to follow directions while contributing to a team environment.
- Be capable of performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending throughout the workday.
- Have the ability to maneuver a utility cart weighing up to 20 lbs, requiring a force of up to 35 lbs for up to 2 hours, covering distances of up to 20 feet.
- Be prepared to walk up to 3 miles during an 8-hour shift.
- Be willing to undertake additional related duties as assigned.
