Job Overview
As a vital member of our team, the Catering Server plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all attendees. Our Catering Servers are dedicated to customer satisfaction and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $24.26. This figure represents Aramark's good faith estimate of compensation for this role at the time of posting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in accordance with their orders and event menus.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items and available offerings.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of food service areas throughout the event.
  • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed.
  • Follow all alcohol service regulations and guidelines, including verifying guest identification.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating guest needs.
  • Clean and sanitize food service areas, workstations, and equipment post-event.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards guests, clients, and colleagues.
  • Comply with Aramark's safety policies and food safety standards.
  • Safeguard company assets.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a serving or food service role is preferred.
  • Exemplary customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety principles and practices is necessary.
  • Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential.

This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
