At Hotel Sutter, we are seeking a dedicated bartender who is enthusiastic about providing a memorable experience for our guests through expertly crafted cocktails in a vibrant setting.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member with a friendly demeanor and a commitment to outstanding customer service. In this role, you will be tasked with taking drink orders, suggesting beverages, preparing drinks, and ensuring the bar area remains clean and welcoming.

• Receive and fulfill drink orders, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options
• Conduct opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning
• Confirm customer age and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly
• Track sales and manage inventory of drinks and glassware

• At least 6 months of prior experience in a bar setting
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the food service industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
