**Job Title:** Direct Service Provider

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Service Provider to enhance the quality of life for seniors and individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support and care to our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
* Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
* Prepare meals and snacks
* Perform light housekeeping activities
* Dispense medication
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Assist with errands and shopping

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred but not required
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
