Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Specialist to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Beauty Specialist, you will be responsible for maximizing sales in the Chanel brand by engaging guests to determine their individual needs, assisting guests in the selection and purchase of merchandise, and maintaining overall store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed Chanel brand sales and clientele goals
  • Build strong relationships with guests to drive sales and loyalty
  • Provide exceptional service to every guest, every day
  • Stay informed about new and existing industry trends, products, and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Cosmetology or demonstrator license (where required by state law)
  • Cosmetics artistry experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
