Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab is seeking a Full-time 7a-3p RN Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Allentown location.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 24-hour responsibility for all resident care activities, including staff and environmental issues, of an assigned nursing unit.
- Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and staff performance.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Education equivalent to graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- PA DOH RN License in good standing.
- Two to three years professional nursing experience in an institutional setting.
- Or any equivalent combination of acceptable training and experience which has provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities cited above.
