Roto Former Operator

The Roto-Former Operator is a key member of our production team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing equipment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Roto-Former machine to produce high-quality products, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve equipment issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Physical ability to lift 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Working Conditions:

• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
• May be required to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
